Do buildings attract you much? Of course, but do you always admire the curves, shape, and body of architecture, thinking in mind, what the designer was trying to explain through its shape? If so, then I guess architecture is your go. But wait, there is a lot more to study in architecture than the admiration of amazing design, and some of these discoveries may make you turn and run far away from the idea of being an architecture student.

What is architecture? It is everything in designing and engineering that includes large structures and buildings. students who choose to study architecture will have an interest in both the sciences and the arts, and architecture admissions requirements typically consider both artistic ability and mathematical proficiency. If asked a question in general on what people know about architecture, many might simply say that architects design buildings. However, architecture careers often involve a much more varied workload. Most of the time, a growing architect working at a small-to-medium-sized firm will also be involved in planning, budgeting, handling financial accounts, negotiating with contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, and preparing specifications for materials and workmanship.

UG degree in architecture will teach students everything from how a beam works to how accurately one can draw 3D designs, both with hand and using computer programs. The bulk of your studies are likely to be based in a studio for design work, combined with tutorials and critique lessons. The critique sessions, otherwise known as ‘crits’, are sessions in art and design education where a student presents work to tutors and fellow students, and then receivers feedback on that work.

Students pursuing architecture courses also attend lectures on history, theory, and technology as well as computer-aided design tutorials, and the objective is to provide students with proficiency in various design programs and train them to complete individual projects. Essays are also a staple of architecture degrees, as are frequent site visits to important buildings and places of architectural interest.

Ideally, when creating their work, architectural experts must always incorporate functional and aesthetical aspects in their building design. It is because of modern technology because it is the reason, the boundaries of architecture are constantly expanding, and new wonders are being made every day.
